The southern part of the state of Minas Gerais is well-known for its excellent coffee. It’s in this area that the base of this blend is cultivated. This coffee has a distintive flavor that honors its great origin, it is full-bodied, fresh, aromatic and has mature and balanced notes.
The name of the beverage originates from an analogy made between the color of the tunic worn by Capuchin friars and the typical brown shade obtained when coffee is blended with milk. An icon of Italian caffeterie throughout the world, in Brazil it is known simply as Cappuccino. Cappuccino 3Corações is prepared using coffee, milk, cocoa and cinnamon. Its flavor, mellow texture and smooth foam stand out among other cappuccinos.
